I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. I loved the warm outdoor pool and the modern wellness center with saunas and a steam room. The hotel's location near the slopes made it easy for me to ski in and out, and I appreciated having a ski rental shop, grocery store, bank, and bus stop nearby. The staff was another highlight, with everyone being friendly and helpful, especially Eva Hoffmann, who sorted out our rooms and Franziska, who was a great host at dinner. Additionally, the breakfast had everything I wanted ahead of a big ski day.

Christmas at this hotel was typical. As expected, the snow outside was amazing, and there were many outdoor activities to do. The breakfast was delicious, and they had a lot of pastries and bread options available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the spa was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes.

The options were limited, and the quality of the food didn't match the price. , the internet connection was sporadic, and we had a hard time staying connected.

The lobby decor, spacious rooms with ample storage, comfortable beds, modern and spacious bathroom with clean towels provided daily, convenient facilities including a winter garden, wellness center with outdoor pool and sauna.

The food was a bit of a letdown during our Easter stay. While breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, the dinners were often disappointing and overpriced. We were also disappointed that we were not able to purchase breakfast or dinner at the hotel restaurant, as tables were only reserved for guests with a meal plan. Additionally, we were surprised that there were no tea or coffee-making facilities in our room, and that there was no bar or lounge area to relax in after dinner.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, with the slopes just a stone's throw away. The service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops and commercial services nearby, making it easy to get everything we needed for our ski trip. The ski pass vendor and equipment hire shop across the street were a great bonus. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable heating, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace where we could enjoy the stunning mountain views. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
